Is better than none at all…. I’m getting the blog roll togther here and otherwise…

We’re in the process of getting Episode Two finished- this empty bottle of Brooklyn Local 1 on my desk is at once mocking me and also reminding me just what a yummy beer it was. As you’ll see in Episode 2, Mike shared with this with me and Bobby at the last Goodbeer Club… He was given it by Oliver Garrett himself, lucky bastard! I deem it something of a American saison-style, though I’ve seen it billed as a Belgian Golden Ale… I thought there was a spicyness and a softness more in line with the former style, though, and I loved the yeasty-nose. In any case, it was tasty! I wonder if you can get it at Consumer or Premere?

It pleases me to be the one to leave the very first comment on beer-o-vision. It also pleases me to see that there is even a link to my blog - there are periodic images and texts from Buffalo, and the last one (as of now, 5/19) even has some candid behind-the-scenes shots from your beer-o-vision host doing some of his own brewing.

Anyway, cheers to the BOV staff, and look forward to a long, beery haul!
